Novara Yoga + Pilates (“we”, “us”) operates book.novarayoga.com. This page explains what information we collect when you create an account, book a class, or buy a membership, and how we use it.
Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you create an account; your booking and membership history; and, if you sign in with Google, your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account. We never see or store your full card or bank details — payments are handled directly by Stripe.
To create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and account emails, and let our studio team see your membership status when you check in for a class.
Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (our database and account/login provider), Resend (sending emails), and, if you use “Continue with Google”, Google (for sign-in only). If you arrive via one of our Facebook/Instagram ads, Meta receives a record that a booking or purchase happened on our site so we can measure whether the ad worked — this does not include your name, card details, or booking history. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
You can view and update your details from your account page at any time. To request a copy of your data, or to have your account deleted, email us at hello@novarayoga.com.
